Канал 3 TV was a Bulgarian television channel that was launched in 1993. It was initially called Sofia Cable and was only available to cable subscribers. In 1998, the channel was renamed Канал 3 and began broadcasting to a wider audience. The channel was known for its news and current affairs programming, as well as its talk shows and documentaries. It was also one of the first Bulgarian channels to broadcast reality TV shows. Канал 3 TV was acquired by Nova Broadcasting Group in 2020. The channel was rebranded as Nova News in 2021 and now focuses on news and current affairs programming.
